Full Job Description

You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Manpower Management Branch of COMMANDER US NAVAL FORCES EUROPE.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing total force manpower systems to manage the personnel workforce; 2) Administering all military and civilian manpower programs; and 3) Applying all aspects of military manpower such as billet management, manning and distribution to validate manpower requirements.

  • You will be responsible for implementing, developing, and administering Total Force Manpower Management Programs for NAVEUR/NAVAF and SIXTHFLT along with subordinate commands.
  • You will be responsible for planning, developing, validating and administering all military and civilian manpower programs for assigned activities.
  • You will maintain the Activity Manning Document (AMD) for assigned activities/Unit Identification Codes (UICs).
  • You will ensure adherence to manpower policy regarding billet quality and rules of compensation.
  • You will be responsible for verification of billets and structuring these billets to conform to mobilization requirements.
  • You will analyze current/projected vacancies and develops revisions to organizational charts.
  • You will integrate and execute all Reserve manpower solutions in support of NAVEUR/NAVAF and SIXTHFLT command priorities and missions.
