You will serve as a PROGRAM ASSISTANT in the Naval Service Training Command of NSTC GREAT LAKES.
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following;1) Demonstrate and provide administrative/program support for complex programs, including responding to inquiries, coordinating processes, tracking actions, and supporting program goals, policies, and objectives; 2) Develop, enter, maintain, and validate data in databases or tracking systems; compile and analyze data to identify trends, support decision-making, and prepare reports, charts, and summaries for leadership review; 3) Manage, organize, maintain, and retrieve program records, correspondence, and documentation in electronic and/or hard-copy systems to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency; 4) Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to schedule events, deconflict activities, track participation, and ensure timely dissemination of accurate program information; 5) Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and other office automation tools to prepare correspondence, maintain spreadsheets, develop presentations, generate reports, and support briefings.
