Base salary range: $41,966 - $54,557

You will serve as a RECORDS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the FLAG ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE of NSTC GREAT LAKES.
GS-07: $56,409.00 to $73,333.00 GS-09: $68,999.00 to $89,703.00 For the GS-07 position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following.
Examples of Specialized Experience: 1) Assisting in supporting records management and maintain data base; 2) Managing various instructions, notices and manuals and respond to inquiries; 3) Composing, editing and formatting a variety of business letters, memoranda, and forms in accordance with requirements; AND 3) Coordinating and track personnel actions for staff.
For the GS-09 positions your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following.
Examples of Specialized Experience: 1) Coordinating the development and implementation of Records Management program to include records creation, maintenance, use and disposition; 2) Providing technical and administrative support for directives management, analyze directives and recommend appropriate corrective actions as needed; 3) Creating and review various correspondences and forms and manage all aspects of mail operations; AND 4) Analyze personnel processes performed and recommend improvements.
