You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Supply Support Department of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PUGET SOUND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience performing Program Analyst work equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent program analysis experience in the private or public sector applying a standardized knowledge management principles, policies, and procedures and analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for the identification, consideration and resolution of operational and or administrative practices and procedures.
I have experience gathering and reviewing data to determine the effectiveness of program efficiency and make recommendations for process improvement for an organization.
I use analytic and evaluative methods and techniques to assist in identifying and appropriately aligning command efforts to supply programs products and services to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
Examples of Specialized experience includes : 1)Coordinates a wide variety of projects and taskings from the Supervisor; 2)Provides managerial continuity on policies and procedures as well as technical support to the administrative management in the form of calendar maintenance/scheduling;3)Office supply management to include submitting purchase requests in ERP ;4) providing direct support by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting information relative to the mission of the assigned Command and 5) Evaluate all incoming actions which may include policies, regulations, and procedural changes of an operation.
