This job involves managing and supporting sales of military equipment and services to allied countries through the U.S.
Navy's Foreign Military Sales program, including coordinating projects, monitoring budgets, and advising senior leaders on international naval partnerships.
A good fit would be someone with experience in government or defense program management who is skilled at working with international teams, handling complex schedules, and resolving technical or financial issues in high-stakes environments.
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the International Fleet Support Program Office (PMS 326) of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.
The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoD hiring freeze.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) or grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading the development, coordination, or delivery of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program case management strategic goals to meet the product and service objectives of allied international naval fleet customers.
