One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-12) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.

Specialized experience is defined as: experience with execution analysis using Power Apps to facilitate deliverables from DISA financial systems; experience effectively and professionally communicating or presenting fiscal information orally and in writing; or experience providing detailed recommendations and alternative solutions to management on financial and resource management strategies and problems.

Time-in-Grade: Current or former federal employees who have held a GS position in the preceding 52 weeks, must meet the time in grade requirement.

Applicant must have served 52 weeks as a GS-12 or higher grade in Federal Service.

You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.

Major Duties:

  • Serves as a senior analyst to dedicated customer support, liaison and administration of execution analysis and Planning Estimates (PE) for current and new corporate business requirements.
  • Monitors and analyzes customer workload utilization and revenue projections to ensure sufficient funding is provided by and revenue is being collected for DISA Computing and Telecommunication Services customers.
  • Compiles cost data, completes analyses, interprets regulatory guidelines, recommends solutions to issues and secures approval of proposed estimates and new business billing and corrections.
  • Develops revenue and workload projections for budget formulation and analyzes workload utilization to identify variances in projected versus actual revenue. Committed to executing work efficiently and effectively, modeling self-accountability.
  • Makes recommendations to Computing and Telecommunication Services management on methods and criteria for increasing the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness.
