This part-time role supports special projects in the City of Jacksonville's Finance Department by handling tasks like research, data collection for grants, website updates, and logistical help for public meetings.
It involves assisting with distributing notices, preparing meeting minutes, and monitoring online sessions.
A good fit would be someone organized and adaptable with basic office skills, who enjoys varied administrative work and can handle technology comfortably.
A high school graduate (or higher education level) is required.
Experience in special projects support, project coordination, and/or administrative support preferred.
