The Parole Board is seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent clerical skills and keen attention to detail to join our dynamic team of professionals in the Case Analysis Division.

In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing implementation requirements of Parole Board and court case actions in the Central Office of the Board of Probation and Parole.
In this role, you will research, analyze, and evaluate material submitted and review cases with the Board interviews to determine whether each file is complete and accurate.
Your work will involve preparing replies to correspondence.
You will also answer telephone inquiries to interpret board actions, sentence computation, and board policy to field staff, attorneys, judges, Department of Corrections records officers, and other personnel.
Additionally, you will participate in training sessions for agency staff, including district office directors and hearing examiners.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
