Join the Saint Paul Regional Water Services Department as the Operations Support Manager, performing advanced level professional and supervisory work planning, organizing, leading, and supervising department wide programs.

Here’s what you can expect to do:

  • Handle assigned department wide administrative functions, special projects, and contract administration and negotiation on behalf of the department.
  • Coordinate building maintenance activities designed to maintain, repair, and improve building infrastructure.
  • Oversee fleet management and transportation operations.
  • Supervise staff and handle performance management functions including input for staffing, on/off boarding, performance evaluations, and approving worktime.
  • Oversee safety and security initiatives including drills and exercises, monitoring speeding and reporting violations, visitor registration, and random drug testing.
  • Prepare and monitor program budget and secures funding as appropriate.

This position is located at the Saint Paul Regional Water Services department at 1900 Rice Street, Saint Paul, MN 55113, and works a regular daytime schedule on-site.

Requirements
