Full Job Description

You will serve as a Management Specialist at the GG-14 grade level responislbe for coordination, liaison, resource management, program analysis, program oversight, and programming functions.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following such as: Demonstrated experience leading program and budget integration efforts, including in depth program analysis and resource management.

Proven ability to deliver accurate, timely resource recommendations and analysis to senior leadership.

Experience developing and consolidating program documentation and guidance in support of POM or similar strategic planning cycles.

Skill in managing PPBE timelines and coordinating inputs across multiple stakeholders, including briefing senior leaders on final products.

Strong financial data analysis skills, including retrieving, translating, and reconciling data using PBIS or comparable financial systems.

Utilizing all aspects of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process to analyze an organization's programs and resources.

  • You will serve as lead program and budget integrator and provide in-depth analysis, oversight, and resource management support for programs.
  • You will create and submit timely and accurate resource analysis, recommendations, and information to senior Navy leadership.
  • You will develop, consolidate, and submit comprehensive program analysis, recommendations, and guidance documentation in support of the Navy POM.
  • You will manage PPBE timelines, validate input from a wide range of external stakeholders, and brief senior leadership on POM submissions.
  • You will conduct financial data analysis; retrieve, translate, and reconcile critical financial data using PBIS, other relevant databases, and budget exhibits to effectively support resource allocation decisions.
