This position is in the Office of the Chief of Staff, Administrative Services Division (ASD), Business Service Unit (BSU).The ASD is responsible for the physical space management and design, relocation, construction management, building services, inventory control, and facility renovation/alteration of the agency.

The BSU is responsible for organizing, directing, and administering effective administrative and management of program services for the (EXIM).

The incumbent serves as a developmental Management & Program Analyst performing segments or portions of a wide range of administrative and programmatic support for ASD and BSU.

This position serves as the first full performance level of independence performing duties related to budget, financial, acquisition/contracts, purchase card holder, travel, invoices, passport and visa management, records management, and financial systems.

The incumbent works closely and under the direction of the supervisor or senior staff within BSU for technical developmental training, advice, and guidance.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Serves as a Management and Program Analyst performing a variety of developmental administrative and programmatic support duties for BSU that are related to contracts, procurement, budget, transit, travel, invoice payables, records management, and financial systems.

Provides administrative support to the Transit Program Manager for EXIMs transit program activities to ensure safe, dependable, and efficient transportation for EXIM's employees.

Provides technical assistance to EXIM staff regarding various transit concerns.

Keeps abreast of EXIM's, ASD's and BSU's objectives, mission, policies, principles, and processes to improve the agency's programs, activities and organizational efficiency and effectiveness for BSU.

Uses qualitative and quantitative techniques to conduct studies, analyze, evaluate, interpret, and improve BSU's programs, and to prepare study findings and recommendations.
