For the GS-12: Specialized Experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which demonstrates providing consultation to a team, in the Identifying, analyzing, and making recommendations to resolve administrative problems or situations.

The duties and responsibilities for a GS-0301-Lead Case Management Specialist-12 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Communicate to the team the assignment, project, or problem to be solved.
Ensure all team members are aware of and participate in planning for achievement of team goals. Identify areas requiring additional investigation and justify the conclusions reached.
Maintain custody of all briefs and petitions in Government cases. Make recommendations for or coordinate resolutions or improvements.
