Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-11. Advanced degree + significant experience.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing personnel requests, analyzing data to spot trends and challenges in employee development programs, and guiding strategic decisions for a naval acquisition career center.
It also includes overseeing team work and handling travel approvals for program participants.
A good fit would be someone with experience in human resources or program management in government or military settings, who enjoys analyzing data and leading small teams.
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Department of the Navy, Director, Acquisition Talent Management (DON DATM),Naval Acquisition Career Center (NACC) under the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, and Acquisition (ASN (RD&A)).
In support of DATM, NACC administers the Naval Acquisition Development Program (NADP). of NACC FIELD OFC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
