Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-11. Advanced degree + significant experience.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing supply operations, especially for hazardous materials (HAZMAT), in a naval logistics center in Italy.
You'll analyze data, develop plans, and coordinate with teams to ensure safe and efficient handling of supplies in challenging locations.

You will serve as a Supply Management Specialist in the Naval Supply Systems Command of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SIGONELLA, Italy.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Analyzing monthly reports, work methods and supply data management to oversee day-to-day operating procedures.
2.) Providing oversight and operating support for the command's Regional planning to enhance program management.
3.) Negotiate and recommend appropriate courses of actions to ensure quality, efficiency and effectiveness of HAZMAT programs.

GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing the following duties: 1.) Managing multiple databases to analyze data and pass findings to management in the form of memos or reports.
2.) Developing plans of action to recommend solutions to HAZMAT problems. 3.) Performing daily administrative procedures for supply systems controls.
