Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves analyzing and improving how materials are managed in a naval shipyard, including studying processes to make operations more efficient and providing advice on logistics issues.
It supports multiple departments and works with defense agencies to handle documentation, data, and system problems.
A good fit would be someone with experience in process analysis, problem-solving, and a background in logistics or government operations, who enjoys detail-oriented work in a military setting.
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (MATERIAL) in the COMPLIANCE & STRATEGIC ANALYSIS DIVISION of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
FOR GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing material processes by conducting studies to identify and/or improve program inefficiencies.
FOR GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing support in the analysis of material processes by conducting studies to recommend ways to improve program inefficiencies.
