Full Job Description

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (F&ES LOGISTICS SPECIALIST-MPV-F) in the FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Constructing and maintaining authorized equipment lists and tables of allowances; 2) Developing and maintaining equipment specifications; 3) Gathering, summarizing, and reporting data; and 4) Develop, coordinate, and promulgate policies and procedures pertaining to vehicles and equipment.

  • You will implement and oversee the Fire and Emergency Services Logistics and Asset Management Program.
  • You will provide input into Fire and Emergency Services assets tracking systems, applications, and databases to increase functionality, data completeness, and data accuracy.
  • You will organize, conduct, and document internal Fire and Emergency Services program workgroups related to Fire and Emergency Services assets procurement and management.
  • You will coordinate Fire and Emergency Services leadership and constituents as well as other procurement agencies on the procurement, management, tracking and disposal of Fire and Emergency Services assets.
