Base salary range: $30,286 - $39,372

This entry-level management analyst role in the Navy's aviation sustainment group involves supporting executives by managing office operations, handling communications, scheduling events, and coordinating travel.
It acts as a key advisor and gatekeeper for inquiries from government officials and ensures documents meet standards.
A good fit would be someone organized with strong people skills, attention to detail, and experience in administrative support, even from volunteer or non-federal roles.
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the SUSTAINMENT GROUP of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 (NH-01) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.
Skill in applying analytical methods and techniques in order to research, interpret and adapt guidelines to meet specific issues or individual situations and also to make recommendations to the command group concerning administrative matters.
2. Skill in applying oral and written communication principles, practices, techniques and methods to a wide variety of duties and work situations. 3.
Skill in making all necessary arrangements for special visits, conferences, symposiums and other major activities and events. 4.
Knowledge of video and electronic equipment used for giving presentations to visitors.
