INTERNAL ONLY
Supports the development, launch, and lifecycle management of Lottery products, with primary responsibility for Draw Game product marketing and secondary support for Scratch Off products.
This position works collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure lottery products are developed, marketed, and supported in alignment with Lottery goals, brand standards, and responsible play principles.
Primary Duties:
Serves as the primary marketing support for Draw Game products, including product concepts, themes, pricing, and play styles, in coordination with Product, Sales, Finance, and vendor partners.
Provides marketing support for Scratch Off products as needed, including participation in product development, planning, and launch activities.
Assists with product planning, timelines, approvals, and launch execution for new and existing lottery games.
Coordinates artwork reviews, prize structures, game specifications, and marketing materials related to Draw Game and Scratch Off products.
Supports product launches by assisting with the development of promotional strategies, messaging, and point of sale materials.
Monitors product performance and assists with reporting, analysis, and recommendations to support product enhancements and future game development.
Ensures all product related marketing activities comply with Lottery policies, procedures, and responsible gaming standards.
Backup and Cross Functional Duties:
Provides backup support for other Lottery Marketing functions as needed, including promotions, advertising, events, sponsorships, and retailer marketing initiatives.
Works Lottery promotional events as needed, including assisting with setup, execution, and breakdown. Assists with campaign execution across traditional, digital, and in-store marketing channels.
Supports retailer communications and marketing initiatives during peak sales periods and special promotions. Participates in marketing events, promotions, and outreach activities as assigned.
Additional Duties:
Coordinates with vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing and product initiatives.
Assists with administrative tasks including project tracking, documentation maintenance, and preparation of reports or presentations.
Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the Lottery Marketing Department.
Travel Requirements:
Some travel is required for meetings, training, retailer visits, promotional events, and conferences, including occasional evening or weekend travel.

Training: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
OR
Substitution: Full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience as described below may substitute for the required training at the rate of one (1) year of experience for every thirty (30) semester hours of training.
AND
Experience: Two (2) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in statistics, mathematics, public relations, journalism, communications, advertising, marketing, sales or related field.
OR
Substitution: Graduate coursework from an accredited college or university may substitute for the required experience at the rate of fifteen (15) semester hours of training for every one (1) year of experience.
Special Requirement: A valid driver's license is required. Background check, credit investigation and security clearance are required for employment.
