Space Force is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Management Specialist (NH-03) to play a critical role in sustaining and advancing cutting-edge space capabilities that defend our nation and empower global operations.

- Lead integrated logistics support (ILS) planning and execution across complex space acquisition programs - Develop and implement life cycle logistics strategies to ensure system readiness, sustainability, and operational effectiveness - Analyze and optimize supply chain, maintenance, and sustainment processes for advanced space systems - Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and operational stakeholders to deliver mission-ready capabilities - Support weapon system sustainment, ensuring performance meets operational demands in dynamic environments - Provide expert guidance on DoD logistics policies, acquisition frameworks, and sustainment planning Ideal Candidate: Knowledge of the logistics management principles, concepts, policies, and laws; logistics functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve product support/logistics problems; and all aspects of life cycle integrated logistics support.

Ability to lead a team and/or individual members of a team ensuring the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the teams' strategies, goals, objectives, work.

Knowledge of the missions, roles, function, organizational structures, and operation of the United States Space Force and other entities that govern, interface with, and/or influence the systems acquisition processes and integrated life cycle management.

Skill in stratifying resources against approved programs; planning, presenting, and executing acquisition programs; analyzing budget impacts on programs; forecasting long-term O&S funding requirements; reviewing, evaluating, and presenting data; and supporting analysis of logistics management programs and activities' specialized documentation.

The ideal candidate will have earned a logistics or business Bachelor's Degree, APDP Logistics Management Knowledge of the logistics management principles, concepts, policies, and laws; logistics functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve product support/logistics problems; and all aspects of life cycle integrated logistics support.

Ability to lead a team and/or individual members of a team ensuring the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the teams' strategies, goals, objectives, work.
