You will serve as a LEAD LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the TECHNICAL DATA UNIQUE FLEET SUPPORT TEAM LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the gs-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. In depth knowledge of International Programs (IP) technical data management and sustainment processes. 2.
Proficiency in the lifecycle management of Technical Manuals/Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (TM/IETM), from acquisition to retirement. 3.
Expert in Foreign Disclosure policies and processes to include sanitization procedures, guidelines, and protocols for the release of technical data to international partners. 4.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership or team lead role, including managing workloads and developing training plans. 5.
Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DON) policies, processes, and systems related to technical data. 6.
Experience with database systems used for technical data management, such as the Technical Manual Application System (TMAPS). 7.
Proven experience presenting team findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including leadership, program officials, and customers. 8.
Proven ability to lead team initiatives by serving as a facilitator and negotiator to achieve team-wide consensus.
