Possess a minimum three (3) years of experience working with ISP Circuit Management, Enterprise Firewall Management, Network Routing/VLANS, Managed Switches, Dell Server Management, Microsoft Server Active Directory and Hyper-V Clustering with Failover Management, Microsoft Enterprise Windows OS, Fiber and Copper Infrastructure, IT Procurement and Purchase Requests, Life Cycle Management, and Commercial Wired and Wireless Internet Service.

Possess a minimum three (3) years of experience working with Managing or Administrating various Hospitality Systems/Solutions inclusive of Point-of-Sale, Inventory Management, and/or Property Management Systems.

  • Under general supervision, serves as a team leader in the Information Technology Branch leading a team of specialists (NF-04/GS-09 level) performing Systems Administration and the delivery of Information Technology.
  • Coordinates, integrates work of employees involved in automation operations, systems administration and projects; formulates, publishes technical guidance standard operating procedures for IT specialists.
  • Obtains needed information or decision from the supervisor on problems, and keeps supervisor informed. Runs systems backups. Prepares and presents reports and briefings to technical staff. Interprets IT policies, standards and guidelines.
  • Implements systems security plans, policies and preventive maintenance schedules. Using systems diagnostic tools and fault identification techniques, runs tests to verify operability and functionality
  • Carries out routine maintenance, upgrade, and support of servers. Performs assignments using standard principles, theories, concepts and methods for systems administration and systems engineering.
