Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

You will serve as a IT SPECIALIST (SYSADMIN / INFOSEC) in the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES DEPARTMENT of FLT NUMER OCEANGPHY METEO CTR.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing basic administrative tasks on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems.
Experience running pre-written scripts (Bash or Python) and following standard operating procedures to respond to system alerts.
Experience and possess basic understanding of server and user account management within a networked environment.
Experience and exposure to virtualization concepts and a demonstrated ability to follow documented troubleshooting steps are also required.
