Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing advice and guidance regarding security aspects of processing, storage, retrieval, transmission, and access concerning classified and unclassified information; 2) Conducting network scans and periodic surveys to determine compliance with applicable regulations and policies; and 3) Conducting required cybersecurity reviews and audits.

  • You will manage and oversee Information Assurance functions for the information system user community.
  • You will develop risk assessments, security, test and evaluation; systems security contingency and disaster recovery plans; and prepare certification and accreditation packages.
  • You will provide annual information assurance awareness training to all users.
  • You will participate in analyzing and gathering evidence of computer incidents.
  • You will serve as the Local Element for Electronic Key Management System, Cryptographic Logon and other information security related programs requiring a command representative.
