Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector performing the following duties: 1) Provide technical assistance in reviewing, evaluating, testing, and maintaining programs and translating and interpreting functional requirements.2) plan and schedule the procurement and installation of new or modified hardware and operating systems and application software; 3) provide onsite emergency radio and emergency network support for operation, maintenance and troubleshooting issues; 4) provide IT training and represent customer needs in contract discussions.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
