Are you a talented video editor with experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects? Can you manage complex video projects and provide A/V support to an agency for events?
The Senior Visual and Digital Designer serves as a strategic creative leader responsible for developing and executing high-quality visual communications across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
The incumbent is responsible for graphic design with major responsibilities involving photography, videography, marketing campaigns via digital platforms, and ad hoc support for all projects within the Communications department.
This role integrates graphic design expertise with digital media strategy to support executive leadership, organizational initiatives, and external-facing projects.
The position leads the creation of compelling presentations, visual storytelling assets, and multimedia content, while also providing consulting support on digital communications, including social media, web, and public relations efforts.
Additionally, the role supports internal communications through design, videography, and messaging initiatives, and oversees digital systems such as agency-wide signage to ensure consistent, engaging, and timely information delivery.
This position operates in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and serving as a key point of contact for time-sensitive creative needs of the agency's executive and senior leadership.

Additional RequirementsAt least three years of experience in an academic or professional setting that is relevant to graphic design and digital media.
Exceptional graphic design, digital media, photography, videography, writing, time management, and organizational skills.
Needs to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Overnight travel may be required.
Able to carry camera equipment around and drive a state vehicle.
