You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT) in the COMMAND OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of FLTREADCEN EAST.
FOR GS-12 LEVEL: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Mastery ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies, and practices to provide advice and guidance to officials, supervisors, and employees on a variety of HR functions.
2) Ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions.
3) Experience planning and organizing work, and communicating factual and procedural HR information clearly, verbally, and in writing.
4) Ability to make determinations related to qualifications, eligibilities and general classification.
