This job involves designing, planning, and delivering training programs to help employees grow their skills in a naval aviation command.
You'll act as an expert advisor to managers on workforce development, create educational content, and analyze needs to align training with the organization's goals.

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT) in the CAREER DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrating experience teaching and public speaking; creating training objectives, content, and curricula; and experience with training and/or presentation development software; 2) Planning and administration of training and educational activities; 3) Developing and promoting strategic training programs and services to the workforce; 4) Researching, developing, and promoting training through position and workforce analysis; 5) Assisting management in determining workforce development requirements and in developing Individuals; and 6) Development Plans ensuring alignment with Command strategic initiatives to include analysis of critical skill needs and instruct on training systems.
