You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist forBUREAU OF NAVAL PERSONNEL Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-05) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing Human Resources Staffing services ; 2) Utilizing various civilian personnel databases and systems maintaining documents and personnel files; as well as gathering missing data from HR files or records; retrieving reports and documents for distribution and in preparation of personnel action requests; 3) Performing audits and/or quality assurance of completed actions as well as ensuring completion of corrections, identifying trends and developing solutions to problems preventing recurrence; and 4) Researching and interpreting regulations, operational SOP's and directives to resolve general and difficult human resources issues and complaints.
