This job is for a Human Resources Assistant in the U.S.
Marine Corps, where you'll handle everyday administrative tasks like preparing paperwork for hiring, answering employee questions, and keeping track of recruitment processes to support the team's personnel needs.

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT in the Human Resources Office (HRO) of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR.
GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing clerical and administrative support performing most or all of the following duties: Performing office operations and administrative processes in the support of personnel functions to include preparing reports, memos, forms, letters and following proper routing procedures; Fielding customer questions and providing sound and effective communication to both internal and external customers; Collecting, entering, and retrieving data to identify, research, and problem-solve quality control issues.
GS-06: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing expertise in clerical and administrative support duties.
Specialized experience must include performing most of the following duties: Assisting with administrative functions in the support of HR personnel actions; providing customer service and conducting work that requires familiarity and knowledge in general office equipment and computer software.
