Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to manage human resources for high-level executives in the Navy, including advising on recruitment, policies, and performance while ensuring everything follows legal rules.
It requires representing the department in meetings and creating reports or briefings on executive matters.
A good fit would be someone with years of HR experience in government or similar settings, strong leadership skills, and expertise in executive-level talent management.
You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist within the Executive Management Program Office, Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Manpower & Reserve Affairs) Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing the full range of Executive Resources advice and support to the Senior Executive Cadre on political management, Executive recruitment, classification, and policies.
Experience representing the Dept of Navy (DON) as a subject matter expert on executive resources at a variety of Department of War, DON, and Office of Personnel Management (OPM) meetings and working groups.
Experience researching, developing, and interpreting Executive policies, programs, and initiatives that affect the DON's Executive Cadre.
