In this role, you will be responsible for the management of Employee Performance Reviews (EPRs), serving as a point of contact for Electronic Official Personnel File (eOPF) documentation.
EPR management involves running reports to help ensure timeliness throughout the EPR process; reviewing, tracking, and uploading completed EPRs; and communicating effectively with supervisors, analysts, or management staff as needed to help resolve problems.
Your responsibilities coordinating eOPFs will involve uploading documents into files, providing guidance and direction to administrative and other HR staff about the types of documents that can be included in eOPFs, and responding to requests for personnel documents or other information from various internal and external sources.
Work with eOPFs, including responding to requests for employment verifications, will rely on you discretion and attention to detail in order to ensure personnel records are handled in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws, commonwealth directives, and department regulations.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
