This position allows you to utilize your analytical and communication skills to provide technical assistance and advice to Central Office Executive Staff, Institutional Superintendents, and Field Human Resource Officers.

As a Human Resource Analyst 3, you will be responsible for investigating allegations of employee misconduct as well as reviewing, investigating, and responding to grievances.
Work involves providing appropriate interpretation to supervisory or managerial personnel on the meaning and method of implementation of collective bargaining agreement provisions.
Effective communication is essential as you will developing and fostering working relationships with the Unions representing agency employees and corresponding with the Unions on a regular basis to successfully resolve and/or settle contractual and/or disciplinary matters.
You will have the opportunity to participate in and conduct labor/management meetings with union representatives and act as a liaison with other programs regarding issues with labor-management implications.
You will also be responsible for conducting investigatory interviews, fact-finding meetings, and pre-disciplinary conferences.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to three days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Mechanicsburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
