Human Services Program Executive 2 is responsible for the supervision of the Division of Operations and Communications within the Bureau of Policy, Analysis and Planning, Office of Medical Assistance Programs (OMAP), Department of Human Services.
In this role, you will supervise all aspects of planning, policy and program management, including the development and maintenance of the regulatory and operational basis for federally and state-funded physical health Medical Assistance (MA) Program services.
You will also provide oversight of the procedure coding evaluation for the development and maintenance of the MA Program Fee Schedule.
The Incumbent will require a strong analytical and interpretative ability, independent judgement, and significant initiative when it comes to developing and recommending policy positions and guidance, along with direct involvement in the development of operational procedures.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days a week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
