Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

The Office of Administration, Human Resource Office - Department of Labor & Industry and Department of Banking & Securities is seeking a skilled Human Resource Analyst 1 to join their dynamic team of professionals.
In this important role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical advice and guidance to hiring managers in assigned program areas.

Within this position, you will play a key role in facilitating and ensuring a cohesive and consistent approach to hiring activities that align with policies and processes.
Work involves accurately and consistently creating all NEOGOV requisitions for approved vacancies and developing appropriate strategies to establish an optimal candidate pool.
This will include posting options, appropriate next lower classes, expanded rule, and seniority.
You can expect to provide guidance to hiring managers, complete and route appropriate forms and update position status in ServiceNow after each action.
This position maintains vacancy status reports to meet the needs of assigned program areas to better manage filling vacancies.
You will have the opportunity to assist hiring managers with developing interview questions and criteria, ensuring questions are work-related and appropriate based on skill set needed to perform assigned job duties.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to three days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
