Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves helping U.S. Marine Corps service members and their families with housing applications, paperwork, and related inquiries at a military base in California.
You'll handle customer service tasks like answering calls, directing people to the right experts, and managing check-in and check-out for housing.

You will serve as a HOUSING WAIT LIST COORDINATOR in the INSTALLATION SUPPORT DIRECTORATE of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience in performing clerical or administrative tasks in an office environment, such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff; responding to routine inquiries either orally or in writing, to provide information or assistance; AND creating, maintaining, or organizing records in both electronic and physical filing systems.
