Base salary range: $41,966 - $54,557

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing military family housing at a Marine Corps base in California, including overseeing daily operations, ensuring maintenance and compliance with policies, and coordinating with partners to meet housing needs for personnel.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of GS-07 experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Independently planning, designing, and carrying out programs/projects; applying principles and practices related to the management of Public Private Venture (PPV) housing facilities; AND performing standard housing management functions.
