GS-12: You qualify at the GS-12 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have experience performing the following duties: Developing, implementing, analyzing, and monitoring financial management information systems that focus on long and short range plans, policies and programs; Analyzing internal control and operational data/information, to identify financial outcomes and impacts across the Agency; Developing financial programs and policies to meet the needs of the agency and ensure sound financial controls.
GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have experience performing the following duties: Reviewing and interpreting regulations, directives and guidelines affecting assigned programs, including developing guidance for implementing policies and standards; Developing, monitoring and interpreting guidelines, policies and procedures on financial and financially related systems; Collecting and analyzing requirements/data from a variety of systems/sources related to financial information.
