Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading financial analysis and budgeting efforts for the Navy, advising top leaders on budget planning, reviewing program spending, and creating reports to ensure funds are used effectively.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Assistant Secretary of Navy (FM&C) Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Serve as an advisor to senior management on the development, implementation and revision of budget submissions.
Proscribes procedures governing preparation/ administration of budget and budget plans. Direct or perform analysis and appraisal of major operating and support programs within an organization.
Experience reviewing and evaluating budget requests and developing budget plans.
