Full Job Description

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST withII MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing financial systems to provide technical support for budget administration (e.g., formulation of budget and cost estimates), analyzing program data and recommending alternative methods of financial management, and providing guidance on the acquisition and use of funds to support programs for an organization.

  • You will develop formulation of budgets and cost estimates to support plans, program and activities.
  • You will review and evaluate budget requests, control and reporting of obligations and expenditures.
  • You will analyze costs and benefits of alternate financial management methods and make recommendations to support programs and administrative operations.
  • You will interpret budgetary policies and practices, developing new command policies and procedures as required.
  • You will provide guidance for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization's programs and activities.
