Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing financial aspects of travel for a naval special warfare unit, including creating policies, supervising staff, approving travel requests, and handling debts from overpayments.
It requires overseeing the Defense Travel System to ensure everything is accurate and compliant.
A good fit would be someone with experience in government finance, strong organizational skills, and a detail-oriented approach to budgeting and administration.
You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMPTROLLER DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE GROUP EIGHT.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Ability to manage travel lifecycle, debt management, government travel card administration, and the development and implementation of command-specific travel policies; provide administrative and technical direction to staff, demonstrate skill in budget execution, cost-benefit analysis, experience as a DTS system administrator, knowledge of JTR and APC systems, and data reliability of DTS.
