Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Comptroller Department (600) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
To qualify for the GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with basic budget submission processes. Experience applying budgeting principals and analyzing fiscal reporting documents.
Experience reviewing and performing audits on funding to ensure compliance.
To qualify for the GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with the basics of planning, programming, budgeting and execution. Experience with purpose, time, and amount/appropriation law.
Experience with incoming and outgoing funding.
