Full Job Description

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Special Boat Team Twenty; SBT20 of COMNAVSPECWARGRUFOUR.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Formulating budget and supporting plans that include the development, determination, and/or interpretation of budgetary policies and practices within the organization's needs.

  • You will perform or advises on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration.
  • You will perform the functions such as formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities.
  • You will review and evaluate budget requests, control, and reporting of obligations and expenditures.
  • You will recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization’s programs and administrative operations
  • You will implementing legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets; and providing advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization’s programs and activities
