Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-11. Advanced degree + significant experience.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves analyzing financial data, recommending ways to manage budgets efficiently, and ensuring that spending aligns with policies for Navy programs.
You'll work with teams inside and outside the organization to handle payments to vendors and fix issues in accounting systems.
It's a good fit for someone with experience in government or business finance who enjoys problem-solving with numbers and collaborating on operational improvements.
You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations; 2) Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer requirements align with program and current policies and procedures; 3) Knowledge and experience with the end to end procure to pay (P2P) Contract Vendor Pay Process; and 4) Use Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) or related automated financial system to extract, interpret, and analyze financial reports and statistical data.
