Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing budgets and financial processes for international partners in the F-35 aircraft program at the Naval Air Systems Command, including handling funds from countries like Australia and the UK, analyzing costs, and ensuring compliance with laws.
It supports multiple teams by coordinating payments, reconciling data, and providing guidance on financial decisions.
A good fit would be someone with experience in government budgeting who is detail-oriented, good at communicating, and comfortable working with complex international funding systems.
You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGMENT ANALYST in the F-35 International Partners as part of the International Directorate (ID) of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11/ NH-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Master concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations of budgeting and/or financing and their relation to subordinate and senior levels; 2) Develop, recommend and implement budgetary/financial policies; 3) Interpret, assess and project potential impact of new/revised Congressional legislation; 4) Analyzing, reviewing, and interpreting financial execution data and resolving variances; 5) Communicate clearly both orally and in writing for the purpose of providing information and guidance to management or customers at all levels..
