Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as Financial Management Analyst in the Business and Financial Operations Department, and Technical Operations and Production Support Division of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
For GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Financial Management Analyst experience equivalent to the GS-09 Grade Level or equivalent Pay Band in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Examples of qualifying specialized experience include: (1) Utilizing working knowledge of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning Tool (N-ERP) or similar ERP program tool to input and extract financial data for budget planning, formulation, and execution; (2) Developing spend plans and budgetary requirements; (3) Executing funds following all fiscal laws and regulations; (4) Applying financial laws and regulations to provide advice on sources and uses of funds; (5) Analyzing and interpreting financial data or related information to develop recommendations to correct gaps and conflicts in the data; (6) Preparing comprehensive reports to ensure projects are expending funding properly; (7) Reviewing reports, documentation, records, data, and other materials to monitor and control obligations and expenditures; (8) Ensuring funds are being executed properly through all stages of encumbrance; (9) Assisting in evaluating changes in plans and proposing new course of action to mitigate deviation from plan; and (10) Communicating, orally and in writing, to assist in resolving team conflict in a positive manner, while maintaining or increasing team morale.
OR You have successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree that is related to the position being filled.
OR You have successfully completed three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree that is related to the position being filled.
OR You have successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
