Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves working as an engineer, scientist, or IT specialist to analyze and support Navy communication and control systems, ensuring they meet technical standards and work seamlessly together.
You'll guide acquisition teams, evaluate risks, and help implement strategies for shore-based platforms in the Navy's information warfare efforts.
It's a good fit for someone with a technical background in engineering or IT who enjoys problem-solving in a military context and has experience ensuring system compliance and integration.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band DP-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Exhibiting compliance within technical products, technical policies, standards, requirements, and/or processes; overseeing the appropriate acquisition, programmatic, operational authorities to ensure integration and/or interoperability across C4I systems goals.
