Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-12. Expert-level knowledge in field.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading teams to estimate and analyze costs for naval communication, command, control, and computer systems used on ships and at shore bases.
The role requires developing detailed cost models, defending budget estimates, and participating in procurement processes to ensure projects stay on track financially.
It's a good fit for experienced analysts with a background in defense or engineering who enjoy leading diverse teams and working with complex technical projects.
