Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in requirements analysis, troubleshooting, and creating clear documentation.

Collaboration with teams ensuring successful deployment and project management including cost estimation and coordination with organizations.

• You will conduct analyses as a result of the application of analytic concepts, principles, and methods.
• You will identify, define, and track the evolution of objectives, questions, and requirement for analysis across missions/mission threads over time.
• You will define and track evolution of conditions, measures, and standards across missions/mission threads over time.
• You will determine data collection and analysis methods based on objectives and questions.
• You will assess performance, feasibility, and operational suitability of new system concepts with a focus on the value and utility in increasing mission effectiveness through the utilization of modeling and simulation tools.
