Job Description

Summary

This job involves traveling to construction sites to help fix scheduling problems, giving advice on how projects are going and how to use resources better, and working out disputes or claims on big building projects.

It's a hands-on role for someone who likes solving real-world issues in engineering and construction.

A good fit would be an experienced professional with a background in managing timelines and budgets for infrastructure work.

About the Position: The role includes visiting construction sites to resolve scheduling issues, advising on project performance, and creating/reviewing schedules.

It also involves analyzing and negotiating claims for major projects.

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for DoD Government-wide Direct Hire Authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
