This job involves working as an engineering technician for the U.S.
Navy in Bremerton, Washington, where you'll inspect ships, create and review technical drawings, solve engineering issues, and plan modifications for naval vessel repairs and upgrades.

You will serve as a ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the ENGINEERING AND PLANNING DEPARTMENT of PSNS and IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ???????developing or modifying technical engineering methods and techniques to package, assemble, and update technical work documents (e.g., shipyard/shop processes and procedures; drawings; work controls; material, equipment, quality assurance documentation) relative to naval vessel repair, alteration, maintenance or overhaul.
